Mia Chen

Mia is a Colorado native who was raised in the Denver metro area. She grew up playing a variety of sports, with gymnastics always as the main focus. She competed in gymnastics from age 5 through high school, then transitioned into coaching young athletes. Mia graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver in December 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and hopes to begin a physical therapy program soon. When she is not at Synapse, she enjoys playing video games, tinkering with her computer at home, or spending time outdoors training and playing with her dogs, Finn and Luca.
