Mitch is originally from Illinois and earned a B.S. in Exercise Sports Science from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in 2010. During this time he also received his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification. Following graduation Mitch moved to Arizona and worked as a strength and conditioning coach/personal trainer prior to returning to school for physical therapy. He completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northern Arizona University and moved to Colorado in May 2017 to begin his career as a physical therapist.
Mitch has been involved in sports his entire life and has a passion for improving human performance, particularly in an athletic population. Due to his previous work as a trainer, however, Mitch has experience working with a variety of individuals looking to achieve all sorts of goals. Mitch is excited to work with all types of patients to help them improve their performance, whether that be getting back to sports or just performing daily activities without pain.
In his free time Mitch enjoys training and competing in Weightlifting, going on hikes, camping, skiing/snowboarding, and spending time with family and friends.
