Tara Jones

Tara Jones is a dedicated Practice Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management/Administration and a strong background spanning clinical care, healthcare IT, and operations leadership. Beginning her career as a Medical Assistant and later advancing into healthcare technology roles, Tara brings a well-rounded understanding of both the clinical and administrative sides of patient care.

She leads with a servant leadership philosophy, believing that a positive and supportive work environment directly translates into exceptional patient experiences. Tara is passionate about empowering her team, fostering collaboration, and creating a culture where staff feel valued, motivated, and equipped to provide compassionate, high-quality care.

A lifelong learner, Tara is actively pursuing her Master of Business Administration to continue strengthening her leadership and business expertise. Outside of work, she enjoys taking long walks, learning new things, and spending quality time with her husband, two children, and their beloved fur-baby.
