Jenna Schecher, CSCS

Jenna is a recent graduate of Iowa State University, receiving a degree in Exercise Science. She is originally from West Des Moines, Iowa and moved to Colorado to complete an internship with Impact Sports Performance. As an intern, she took on both strength and conditioning and personal training roles. During this time, she worked with a multitude of clients and learned to program based on individual needs. She has recently passed her boards and is a NSCA, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.  In her free time, Jenna enjoys weight lifting, running and taking advantage of Colorado’s outdoors with her dog, Zoe.
